I wouldn't say favorite-but most recent is "You, Inc" by Henry & Christine Beckwith. It's all about the art of "Selling yourself" in selling your product, service, or idea. A lot of great content and familiar advice. One thing that really struck me was their point about how much business advice and strategy we know-and still do not put into practice. It encourages you to take what you know and apply, apply, apply. Commonsense that really works!
